1. How does this work?
We will purchase a specified amount of your future
credit card receivables for a lump sum amount today. You
select one of several repayment methods from our proposal,
according to your needs. As your credit card sales receipts
come in, we are paid a percentage predetermined by you.
2. Do I qualify?
If you are a business owner, been in business for more
than a year, and have monthly credit card sales in excess
of $5000 you can be approved! All we need to make you
a proposal are a completed and signed application, three
recent consecutive months of credit card statements
and your business bank statement. It is that easy!
3. How large of an advance can I get?
Several factors determine how large an of advance you
can get. Whether you want $5,000 or $250,000, we base
your capital request on your past monthly credit card
receipts and the length of time you have been in business.
We can be more aggressive with the amount of capital
you request if you choose to switch to our preferred
credit card processor, who can arrange automated, third
party split fee processing.
4. How soon can I get the advance?
You can receive your advance in 5 to 7 business days.
Getting approved is easy! Just remember to fax in all
you paperwork quickly: a completed and signed application,
3 months credit card statements, a bank statement,
a copy of your license to do business, a copy of your
photo ID (government issued), a copy of your business’s
lease or mortgage, and a copy of a voided company check.
Our fax number is (800) 878-6891.
5. What rate will I be charged?
The advance you receive is not a loan, it is an advance
against your future Visa/MasterCard receivables. Therefore,
there is no rate. You will select which fixed percentage
you wish to pay us back over time. Most advances are
paid
in full within six to nine months, and if you wish
to repay us earlier, there is no prepayment penalty.
6. Do I have to change credit card processors?
If your current processor has a relationship with Credit
Card Advances, then you do not have to change processors.
Switching to our preferred processor allows us to be
more aggressive with the amount of capital we can offer
you. We will be able to show you how much you can save
by switching, and we can handle the switch for you
without changing the equipment you currently use.
7. What can I use the money for?
We leave that decision to you. Many times the advances
are used to buy equipment or inventory, renovate, advertise,
meet payroll or tax obligations, pay for repairs, open
a new location, anything!
8. How are my payments determined?
You choose! There are no fixed payments! We provide you
with several options from which you select an agreed
upon percentage of your future Visa and Master Card
sales until you have paid back the purchase amount,
which you also select. No additional checks to write
at the end of the month! If your business is a little
slow one month, the amount you pay will lower accordingly,
since it is a percentage of your credit card volume.
Try asking a bank for that flexibility!
9. How do I keep track of what I paid?
You will receive a monthly statement detailing how much
you paid the previous month, year to date payments,
and what your current balance is.
10. Do you look at my personal credit?
For most small businesses, partnerships or proprietorships,
the business owner’s credit is an important tool
used to evaluate the company for an advance. We do
not base our decision on your personal credit score.
We value your ability to pay, and your willingness
to pay.
